This Year's Events at LEGOLAND® Windsor
There is always something fun happening at LEGOLAND® Windsor, and 2008 was no different. VIKING Mid Summer Festival
Earlier this year, we celebrated the summer solstice at our Viking Midsummer Festival in association with Visit Denmark. The park hosted a Scandinavian-style celebration to commemorate the arrival of the park’s latest area, The Land of The Vikings! There were lots of activities taking place across the park and the chance to meet some ‘Great Danes’ who joined the party.

LEGOLAND® Live!
The LEGOLAND® Live! music festival returned on July 19, 2008. This all-singing, all-dancing event featured a fantastic line-up of top children’s acts. There were lots of activities to keep young first time festival goers amused during the exciting musical extravaganza.

Amazing Machines and Extreme Sports
Monster trucks and motorbikes returned to the arena for an action-packed weekend of breathtaking stunts and thrilling displays. There was also real life heroes from the Fire & Rescue Service and the RNLI. They were joined by classic vehicles of all shapes and sizes making a truly amazing day out.

Prince's Trust 10k run
Many people dusted off their trainers for the Prince’s Trust 10K and 4K Family Fun Run. For the fourth consecutive year over 2,500 runners and walkers took part in this multi-terrain event to help raise money for the Prince’s Trust charity that supports disadvantaged young people.

LEGO® Star Wars™ Fireworks
It was one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in the South of England! Our hugely popular event ran over six nights this season and lit up the skies with a magnificent show of music and breathtaking fireworks.
